Puffin Solutions is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and manage a potential business relationship. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, phone number, email address and message. Technical logs from our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may also include IP address and basic request metadata used for security and abuse prevention.

How enquiries are processed

Website enquiries are sent using Resend, an email delivery processor, to contact@puffinsolutions.com. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce automated abuse. We retain enquiry records only as long as needed to respond, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting our services from abuse.

Your rights

Depending on applicable UK data protection law, you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing.
